1) Who are we?
This site (“Platform”) is an initiative of the Government of the City of Buenos Aires in collaboration with Vluks Media (together, “we”). Our goal is to open access to the cultural heritage of the City through 3D virtual tours and, in certain cases, BIM models for management and preservation purposes.
2) Acceptance of the terms
By accessing and using the Platform, you accept these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use it. We may update the Terms at any time; the current version is published on this page.
3) Scope of the service
We publish virtual tours, information sheets, images, videos, maps, and, when applicable, technical material related to the cultural heritage of CABA.
The platform is informative and educational. It does not replace visits, inspections, or in-person technical surveys.
The content may be updated in phases; some spaces may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or curatorial processes.
4) Access and permitted use
Access is free and does not require creating an account.
You can browse, view, and share links to public pages on the Platform.
It is prohibited:
a) the unlawful use or infringement of third-party rights;
b) mass extraction of data or images (scraping);
c) decompiling, manipulating, or attempting to circumvent technical measures;
d) using the content for misleading, defamatory, or unauthorized commercial purposes.
6) License for the use of content
Editorial/Educational License (recommended for press and schools)
Unless stated otherwise, the content may be used for non-commercial editorial and educational purposes, with mandatory credit:
"Government of the City of Buenos Aires — The Cultural City in 3D / Author".
Substantial modifications (beyond framing/size adjustments) and any commercial use without prior authorization are prohibited.
7) 3D tours and BIM models
The 3D tours are spatial and photographic representations of the scanning moment. There may be differences from the current state of the building.
The BIM models (when they exist) are published for technical, informational, and management purposes. They do not constitute "as built" plans nor replace assessments, inspections, or official documentation required by regulations or tenders.
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee absolute accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose. Technical decisions or works must be based on validated documentation, current regulations, and professional advice.
8) Accuracy of the content
We make reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and accuracy of the curatorial and technical content. However, there may be errors, omissions, or outdated information. We appreciate reports to [contact email].
9) Third-party links and services
The Platform may include links or integrations from third parties (for example, 3D viewing services, maps, video, or others). The use of those services is governed by the terms and policies of each third party. We assume no responsibility for their availability, operation, or content.
10) Privacy and cookies
The processing of personal data (if applicable, for example, contact/press forms) is governed by our Privacy Policy. You can find information about cookies and analytics in the Cookies Policy.
We comply with the Law 25.326 (AR) on Personal Data Protection and applicable regulations.

11) Accessibility

12) Sending content or feedback comments
If you send ideas, suggestions, or materials ("Feedback"), you grant a non-exclusive, free, and worldwide license to use that Feedback for the purpose of improving the project, without any obligation of acknowledgment or payment. Do not send material protected by third-party rights without permission.
13) Responsibility
The Platform is offered "as is" and "subject to availability". To the maximum extent permitted by law:
We do not assume responsibility for damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Platform.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or absence of errors.
For in-person activities, responsibility for safety and building conditions lies with each institution and the applicable regulations.
15) Changes in the service
We can modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Platform (e.g., withdraw a tour of works), without prior notice obligation.
16) Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. Any controversy will be submitted to the competent courts of the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires, waiving any other venue or jurisdiction.
